Shipping policy

Order are shipped the same day if received by 3pm.

If you have selected Express delivery of 1-3 days we will ship the item with Australia Post Express Post or Startrack Couriers. You will receive a tracking number from our carrier to your email or mobile phone. 

With Australia Post if you agree they can 'safe drop' your item and it goes missing it is not our responsibility. We do not recommend a valuable item be left in this method.

For Standard Postage (2-6 days delivery) your items will be shipped with Australia Post Parcel Post and please allow a week for delivery depending upon how remotely you live.
